Armand Powers was founded in 1996 by Scott T. Reph, Sr. Our focus has been and continues to be assisting and placing candidates with advertising & marketing backgrounds, with interactive and direct marketing being our specialty. We offer direct hire searches as well as retained searches.
Our candidate base is primarily major agency candidates in most major US markets. Our clients consist of top Advertising Firms, Boutique Interactive Agencies and Fortune 50 to $100M companies in the US.

Company Philosophy Potential Clients - Recruiters make cold calls every week into companies, especially the top AD Agencies around the US, to find candidates that are looking for a better opportunity. Our firm represents many passive candidates who are the cream of the crop in their fields and use us to find the right opportunities. Our whole business is based on cold calls and referrals. We do not represent candidates that are on internet job boards since we feel that our clients can find those candidates on their own.
